Frequently Asked Questions

How old do I have to be be to play?

Anyone age 10 and over is permitted to play paintball.  Players under 10 are welcome to play on our gellyball and nerf field.  Players under 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before playing.  This can be done on-site or in advance online.

Do I have to have my own paintball gun to play?

We have complete gear rental packages designed for individuals who have never played paintball before.  This includes a rental marker (paintball gun) and protective mask.  Players who wish to bring their own equipment may do so with the exception of paint.  All outside markers must be chronographed to 280 fps.

What should I wear to play?
We recommend that you choose apparel that you can move quickly in, and that won’t stand out (no bright colors).  Also, there’s a good chance you’ll get dirty out on the field. Your gameplay may involve crawling on grass or dirt, so we recommend wearing long pants, and long sleeves. The contents of paintballs are water-soluble and non-toxic, and won’t stain your clothes.
How many paintballs will I use?
We find that on average, players will use about 500 paintballs over 2 hours of gameplay, but this also depends on the player. Our gameplay packages include 500 paintballs. Additional paintballs are available for purchase in 500-round bags or 2000-round boxes.  See our pricing page for more information on the cost for such items.
Can I bring my own paintballs?

Unfortunately we DO NOT allow outside paintballs in our games. This is for safety and consistency of gameplay. Players are welcome to bring their own markers and other equipment.

Are online bookings refundable?

We can provide refunds for cancellation requests made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity.  As a result of of limited availability and the preparations required to provide you with an amazing experience, we are unable to accomodate refund requests made less than 24 hours prior to the booked session.
